Every full-service project begins the same way, with a plan.
Beautiful rooms are the easy part. The hard part is knowing where to spend, what to skip, and how a space needs to perform emotionally and financially before a single decision is made. That's why we don't jump straight into full-service design. We start with strategy, so the work that follows is built on a plan you can trust.
Design Suite
6+ WEEK FULL SERVICE PROJECT
Here's the path from first conversation to finished space.
Step 1.
Discovery Call (free, optional)
A quick, no-pressure conversation to make sure we're the right fit for your property and your goals. If the timing or scope isn't right, we'll tell you. If it is, we'll point you to the next step.
Step 2.
The Design Concierge ($347. where every project begins)
This is the front door to working with us. In a focused two-hour strategy session, we assess what's working, name what's holding the space back, and map out exactly where to focus first. You leave with a custom Design Proposal: a curated presentation of our recommended direction, priorities, and next steps, specific to your property.
Whether it's a primary residence, an investment property, or a home you're preparing to sell, you walk away with a clear strategy and a concrete plan in hand whether or not you go any further with us.
Step 3.
The Design Suite (full-service design)
Ready to build it out? The Design Suite is our full-service engagement, where we take the strategy from your Concierge and bring it to life. Sourcing, design, and a room-by-room plan executed over six weeks or more. It's designed to work beautifully virtually, with in-person support available on request.
Because you've already done the Concierge, we start with a shared vision and a proposal that's already yours. Your $347 Concierge fee is credited in full toward your Suite when you move forward.
