Valley View Cottage
Valley View started as a short-term rental in Virginia wine country. When our plans changed, we sold it. Not as a rental, but as someone's primary residence. Same design decisions, same investor mindset. It appraised $100K above what we paid, after a run of 5-star guest reviews.
