Hi, I’m Hannah.
FOUNDER | PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Originally a Southern California native, I now call Long Island, New York my home. My passion for spatial design began in childhood. I endlessly rearranged rooms, mixed paints, and conceptualized brands.
Today, that innate drive has evolved into a sophisticated studio practice.
In my late twenties, I transitioned from traditional real estate into the world of investment property design where I encompass both interiors and branding.
What originated as a property management venture has blossomed into Keenan & Company: a studio dedicated to strategizing investment properties, proving that when we design for the emotional experience, we inherently drive the highest investment returns.

Our journey started with a single investment property resale and our very first short-term rental.
